so i guess i have a boyfriend?

were tentatively calling ourselves boyfriends but i guess thats what we are. its a bit weird, but maybe not in the digital age, we met on the internet and he came to visit and we hit it off AMAZINGLY. ive never met a guy who makes me feel the way he does.
while he was here we just hung out, went to see a few shows: Le Reve, which i had seen before. still amazing!
then we went and saw KA!!!!!
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AMAZING. words cant even describe how amazing KA was. i highly recommend it to anyone wanting to go see a show. the stage moves in crazy ways, the actors go through the audience and stuff, the show is all around you, even above you at certain points. SO GOOD!
we also went to LA for a day and a half and went to LACMA, santa monica, and spent a second or 2 on melrose. LACMA was a huge surprise. i didnt expect much from it, but i was very pleased with what they had there.
a lot of the pieces i REALLY liked were in areas where photography isnt allowed, so heres pictures of the stuff i liked in areas where i could snap as much as i wanted.

outside.

they had a HUGE collection of these tiny tiny figures in the japanese art building, this one was a favorite.

i thought this was beautiful, too bad its a bit blurry.

this was a lot cooler in person, it moved and shifted, and changed colors.

this one was called 4 grids. its basically 4 grids layed on top of eachother at different angles. a lot cooler looking in person.

this one actually "vibrated" when you looked at it, not literally, but the picture just looked like it was moving. it actually made me slightly sick.

loved it.

loved it.

this is not a pipe.
he loved it in vegas (i mean he lives in nowhere texas so anything is great by comparison haha) and plans on moving here. he finishes school in May, so itll be pretty soon. hes getting a degree in performance, yes hes an actor, and figures he can find a decent amount of acting work here with all the shows on the strip and with local theatre stuff. he said after he did a little research that vegas is really underestimated when acting is concerned. his dream is to go to NY obviously, but with the economy and with his own financial situation he says its not really possible right now. i told him roundabout costs of living in vegas and he was shocked at how affordable it can be. it was always weird to me how affordable vegas is when compared to other cities. anyway, hes moving here, and that makes me happy. he also sent me a huge box of easter candy today which made my heart melt (for those who dont know i LOVE candy).
