i have no idea how it happened but as i was grabbing all my stuff from my car to walk to class i somehow spilled coffee all over inside my bag, which i guess is made from water resistant fibers so instead of it absorbing some of the liquid which may have helped it cause less damage the liquid just pooled up at the bottom of my bag. i didnt notice till i went to get my sketchbook and it was soaked. and it was my nicely bound hardcover sketchbook too! :( unlucky ducky is me. oh well the paper in this "nice" sketchbook was subpar paper anyway so whatever. any of my art friends on here have recommendations for cheap/good or at least decent quality paper/non-ugly sketchbooks? i hate those ones that have SKETCH written on the front with some picture of a lame sketch and the companies name and logo plastered on it.
